How are ONETHATCH thatching product and bamboo materials installed?

ONETHATCH products are designed to be easy to install and supplied with detailed installation guide. Most contractors and Do-It-Yourself enthusiasts can install any our products.

Can ONETHATCH materials be used in all weather types?

Yes. Many customers have installed thatch roofing and bamboo fencing in heavy snow areas as well as tropical areas such as Maldives, Fiji.

What is lifespan of ONETHATCH materials?

ONETHATCH will provide years of worry free thatched roofing and faux bamboo solution with warranty. A patented formula protects our products against decay, sudden color fading and extreme weather elements.

Do we provides samples for thatch and bamboo products?

We provides samples and materials for approval and onsite mockup. You will need to arrange your own courier service to pick up from us directly. Send us an email for more information.

What are the payment terms?

Our payment term is 50% of the total invoiced amount in advance as deposit and the balance against the copy of BL. Molds development fees need to be 100% paid before development begins.

How can I pay?

We accepts payment in two ways:

·       Bank to bank TT wire transfer.

·       For samples, we accept Paypal payment.

What are shipping terms?

Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW) for all products and services we provided. This means the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance and all other associated fees once the goods have left our premises.
